🇳🇴 Norway shipping via Postnord 100kr (tracked 5-7 days).

🇬🇧 UK shipping £9.95 via Postnord (tracked 5-7 days).

🇺🇸 USA shipping $9.95 via Postnord (tracked 5-10 days).

1. Shipping rates: We offer different shipping options depending on weight, size and destination. Shipping costs vary from SEK 0 for packages within Sweden up to SEK 200 for larger packages sent abroad. We always try to keep our shipping prices as low as possible and we strive to offer competitive prices compared to other webshops.

2. Delivery times: We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving the order. The delivery time then depends on the destination, but normally it takes 1-3 working days for delivery within Sweden and 3-7 working days for international deliveries. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times as they can be affected by various factors such as e.g. weather conditions or transport problems, but we do everything we can to ensure your goods are delivered as quickly as possible.

3. Delivery method: We use different shipping companies and delivery methods depending on the size and destination of the package. We work with reputable companies such as DHL, PostNord and Schenker to ensure fast and safe delivery. For smaller packages, we can use letter postage, while larger packages are sent with trackable shipping.

4. Returns: We offer easy returns for any product that is faulty or damaged on delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return the goods within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is free in Sweden, in other countries the customer pays for the return. To make a return, contact us by email or phone and we will help you arrange the return.

5. Insurance: All our packages are insured against loss or damage during transport. If your goods are damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately and we will help you resolve the issue.
