We at Topp of Sweden always strive to deliver products and services of the highest quality to our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy detailed below.
Refund of products
If you have purchased a product from us and are not satisfied with it for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is free in Sweden, in other countries the customer pays for the return
Refund of services
If you have purchased a service from us and are not satisfied with it for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of the invoice date for a possible refund. We will evaluate the situation and determine if a refund is warranted.
Refund of digital products
We do not offer refunds for digital products such as downloadable files or license keys.
Refund of subscription services
If you have purchased a subscription service from us and no longer wish to use it, you may unsubscribe at any time. We will not refund previously charged subscription fees, but you will no longer be charged in the future.
Refund of promotional or discount codes
If you have used a promotional or discount code when making a purchase and choose to return your product or service, only the amount you paid after the promotional or discount code has been used will be refunded.
